		<description>Is this the technology that led to United Airlines Stock plunging from $12 to $3 on September 7?  (An old story about a 2002 bankruptcy filing was revived by a newspaper showing the current date.  Automatic trading programs saw this and sold United stock.  Then other automatic trading programs saw the price going down, and sold.  There was enough selling to push the price all the way down to $3 before people figured out what had happened.</description>
